Refund policy

At R.A.M.I Beauty, we take pride in the quality of our premium beauty products. Due to the personal care nature of our items and the fact that they are produced to order (Private Label), our return policy is as follows:

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., leaking, broken bottle) or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at R.A.M.I.beauty.26@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number.

• Clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
Upon verification, we will send a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Hygiene & Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for cosmetic products that have been opened or used. Additionally, as our products are customized for our brand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for "change of mind" or accidental orders.

Return Process
In the exceptional case that a return is authorized by our team, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging to the address provided by our customer support team upon authorization ofyour return.
